1. How We Ship
Every Fayne piece is made with patience and care — and we take that same approach when it comes to getting your order to you. We work with trusted UK carriers to make sure your package arrives safely, on time, and exactly as it left us.
2. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or over the weekend and on public holidays, will be picked up on the next working day.
3. Handling Time
Because Fayne pieces are crafted in small batches with real attention to detail, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and dispatched. Good things take a little time — and we want yours to leave us perfectly.
4. UK Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom only. Once your order has been dispatched:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from order date
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can follow your parcel every step of the journey.
6. Delays
Whilst we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at hey@fayne.co.uk and we'll look into it straight away.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and any safe spaces around your property first. If it's still nowhere to be found, contact us at hey@fayne.co.uk and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If you've noticed a mistake after placing your order, email us immediately at hey@fayne.co.uk with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update it in time.
9. Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged to protect the embroidery and keep everything looking exactly as it should. Because the unboxing moment matters too.
